If you’re here, you’ve probably already experimented with LLMs, workflows, tools, infrastructure, and maybe even a few AI agent demos, and have realised that AI agents are the next layer of AI software.

This publication exists for the people asking what happens after the demo ends.

What is our agenda?

We’re only just getting started, but we already know the kind of publication we want this to become: thoughtful, non-hype analysis that helps you understand what’s actually working in AI systems and how to think about building AI agents and agentic workflows in this landscape (which, if we’re being honest, seems to change daily).

What can you expect as a subscriber?

• Perspectives from Packt’s network of experts on what’s changing in agentic AI

• Less “here’s the new shiny thing,” more “does this genuinely change anything?”

• Context that connects the dots across LLMs, AI agents, orchestration, and workflows, instead of treating every launch like it exists in isolation

• Live conversations and workshops with people who are building close to real-world AI systems, with more community-driven sessions planned as the publication grows

• A community of developers, researchers, founders, and curious newcomers sharing experiments, blockers, and occasionally half-working ideas

For starters, we’ll run two issues a month, with more to come as the publication grows.
